This role will suit an experienced Lawyer who has built strong foundations in private practice specifically focusing in the area of Wills and Estates, and is now looking to step into something bigger - a more sophisticated firm working closely with respected senior practitioners in the space. T he role offers exposure to complex and often cross jurisdictional matters across the full spectrum of private client work, including: Estate and succession planning Cross border succession issues Tax effective estate planning strategies Trust structuring and succession planning Probate and estate administration Estate and trust disputes Family wealth preservation and intergenerational wealth transfer International private client matters involving assets and beneficiaries across multiple jurisdictions About You: 3–6 years PAE within Wills & Estates, succession planning or related private client work Strong drafting and technical capability Excellent client relationship skills High attention to detail and commercial judgement Why Apply?
